Default 1994 k1500 transmission help

im looking to put a 4 or 5 speed in my truck soon and need help figuring out which transmission to use. im converting to manual because automatic keeps slipping in second and even after getting it rebuilt in 2006 it started slipping 30,000 miles later. does anyone know which transmission i should look for and anyone that has done this do you know what else i'd have to change to keep the truck running correctly without dash light codes?

truck is 1994 K1500 4x4 350

Early GM units (93-94) were built with a lower first gear ratio of 6.34 to 1.0. These low-geared GM boxes have since been discontinued and are generally much more difficult to obtain. We are able to provide new and remanufactured NV4500s with these early gearsets.
Beginning in 95’, all GM units were built with the same gear ratios as the Dodge unit.
