Hey Everyone,

First time writing to a forum and looking to get some advice. Basically wondering if the front bumper from a Silverado 2500 would bolt on to the 1500? Also I just bought ( so they are purchased ) DuraTrac tires, anyone know if they are good in the snow and on the ice?

Thanks for the feed back and help.

Hey Country, I was basically thinking from a 2012 Silverado 2500 to a 2012 Silverado 1500. I am glad to know about the hood and grill. But yea I like the size of the front bumper. Honestly the 2500 is out of my price range to buy.

I know some guys who have Duratracs, and seems that they are satisfied with the performance of these tires in the snow.

If I'm not mistaken it's a direct swap over for that year. Needs the whole front package though. Hood, grille, and bumper of course. Don't forget about the hood trim, it's part of te grille
