Default Hardwire Dash Cam or similar device - need help

I have a dash cam I would like to hard wire into my 2012 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. I have not been able to find a fuse that will turn off when the truck is turned off. Any assistance would be helpful.

Ultimately, I would like to hard wire into the RAP (Retained Accessory Power). That way the camera will stay on for 10 minutes after the ignition is turned off (like the radio does). If that is not easy to do, I need to connect to something that gets turned off when the power (ignition) gets turned off. Thanks for any help.

I have not been able to figure out how to splice into the RAP, but I did find a fuse that I was able to spice into using an Add-A-Fuse device. I found a fuse located in the fuse box that is in the engine compartment. I just grabbed one with "ignition" in the description. The cam now turns off when I shut off the key and back on when car is turned on.
