Default im at a loss

i have a 95 k 1500 z71 i have replaced o2 sensor three times, map, egr valve,purge valve, temp sensor on the side of the block and injectors full tune up fuel filter and ecm and still have a code 13 and its running very rich all the wire seem to be in tact inside th wire loom ....code 13 is a open circut or low activity with o2 sensor ....please any suggestions would be absolutely awsome thanks in asvanced!

are the exhaust manifolds or y-pipe cracked , not sealing or leaking?

no exhaust leaks and no vacuum leaks

is this throttle body or multi point fuel injection? If multi point injection, what is the fuel pressure at?

Yes everything is stock i found another coolant sensor next to the thermostat would that sensor cause a code 13

What I read code 13 is left bank O2 sensor open, or no input. I don't know what the resistance is supposed to be, but open circuit is just that. Replace the part, or at least inspect the wire connector.

I have cked the resistance and replaced yhe o2 3 times and still have that code
