need leveling kit?
i have a 2010 that i just put on 285/70/17 bf goodrich tko and im wondering if the leveling kit is still necessary. there is no rub but will the leveling kit benefit or change anything to make it better. thanks

It'll make it sit higher, all about what you want I guess. If you install it, it won't have that "stuffed" tire look and it won't have factory rake. To me a leveled truck looks absolutely perfect for a DD on 33s

appreciate the comment. another question. im in oilfield and drive for a long time down rig roads. read that leveling kits speed up front end issues, if i install it will i encounter any problems or will i still be ok

If your crank them up to far they will. Ive had a 3" leveling kit on my truck since it had 150,000 miles and it's got 204,000 now and I live on a crappy gravel road and take it muddin quite a bit. The only suspension part replaced on it is a tie rod

Update
i installed the rough country 2" kit and everything is fine. very easy install. my only question is how important is it to get the bolts torqued back to factory specs?

no i didnt do anything with the torsion keys. i loosened the sway bar and ball joint to get kit in and if i need to tighten them back to factory spec which i think is 37 lbs if what ive read is correct

maybe idk what torsion keys are :/ i installed the rc leveling kit and from all the videos i watched and read that was what you needed to do. its on there and with no problems but maybe i did it an unorthodox way?
