I have recently had my passenger side door do the same thing. No power whatsoever. Any ideas on what to do? I miss not being able to unlock or roll down the passenger side window!! Please help.
I have the same thing happening to a 2003 Avalanche. The key fobs don't work and the passenger side window, locks and mirror don't work. The drivers window switches operate 3 of the 4 windows just not the front passenger. the switch on the front passenger side doesn't work either. Checked the wiring in the boot in the passenger door jam. OH, I just thought, maybe its the wiring in the drivers door jam boot! I'll have to check. This seems to be a common problem though!!
I am having similar issues with my 97 Chevy Silverado. It's all auto and while cleaning the battery terminals, I noticed the driver side window switch stopped working. So now from the driver side I can't roll down either window. The auto locks work. The passenger side window button works... I checked the switch itself, no issues. Checked the fuse boxes, no issues. I can't think of any wires that could have been
broken in the process. All I did was remove the battery terminals to clean them.
