Default P2135 / P1682 Code on 08 silverado

So im getting these two codes on my 08 silverado after driving it in heavy rain.

P2135 - Throttle Position Sensor
P1682 - Ignition Switch

Truck starts. However, It shuts off immediately. It doesnt matter if i put my foot on the gas. It seems to die out every time.
Now P1682 seems a little odd because truck starts. If i have the P1682, truck wouldnt start correct?
WIth P2135 code, i have cleaned off the connector right at the TPS on the intake but it didnt seem to help. is there another connector i should unplug and clean?

thank you!

the cover or throttle body? If the cover didn't work do the whole throttle body after you check the circuits at the connector, its almost always the cover assembly that fixes it. The ignition switch may not be putting out full voltage/amperage though.
