Default 72 c10 drop

I would like some advice on lowering my 72 c10 long bed, there are alot of kits out ther, i would like to just use a spring kit and stay away from the spindle drop. So what does every one think? Im thinkin a 2" 4". I dont want a lowrider just want it to squat a little and look mean.

springs are cheap, but when using lowering springs make sure u put shims on the upper control arm, if i were doing mine again i would be doing 2' springs and 2' spindles, the aftermarket spindles are much beefier, also with the lowered springs it rides waaay worse my blazer is so choppy now and the bumper stops smack the k member all the time and that is with 4" taken from the srings, as for the rear of the truck new rear shackles will drop it 2" otherwise you can flip the axle

in the rear lowering shakles would be a cheap and easy installation. i installed them on my 73 f100 took a weekend and $40 rides the same .it gave the rear a good 3-4" drop

The upgraded spindles are much beefier, also with the reduced rises it trips waaay more intense my blazer is so uneven now and the fender prevents slap the k participant all enough some time to that is with 4" taken from the srings, as for the back of the vehicle new back shackles will fall it 2" otherwise you can turn the axle eaSily
