Default 94 sub solid front or only ifs??

hey guys im lookin at buying a 94 suburban and doing a 6 inch lift with eitehr a 3-4 inch body lift.... what im wondering is did the 94 have the solid front axle option?? i don't like ifs....never have/never will so input would be great

I believe Chevy stopped the solid axle in 88, in most of it's trucks, this one would have the IFS
