Default A/c issues

I have an 04 z71 suburban dual climate control with front and rear a/c. Blows warm air only , cant get cold air from anything . Freon levels at 45 compressor seems to be engaging fine. Ran dye through system cant see any leakage . Was told there were filters but cant seem to find any under dash anywhere. Could it be blend door actuators and if so are there different ones it has an auto setting. And if so would sll 3 have to be bad to not get cold air anywhere. Appreciate any help in advance .

45psi static pressure at what temp? Sure seems like a low refrigerant charge level. Have the system charged to ensure this is not the problem.

when you feel the high and low side lines; is the high side hot and low side cold?
