Question Buildsheet of my Silverado requested. Could anybody help ?

Hi,
I bought a Silverado 1500 stepside 1988 a few months ago.
To register and being autorized to drive my truck, I need to provide the buildsheet of it. To get this buildsheet, I'm told by somebody in "General Motors of Canada Vintage Vehicle Services" (who's the contact with the Chevrolet dealer/importer in my country) that I need to provide a picture of the Service Parts Identification label sticked in the glove box. Unfortunatelly, this one is mostly unreadable (24 years old !). His final answer : nothing he can do ...
As written below, it's seems you can print the buildsheet if I give you the VIN code. Could you help me ?
On the sticker in the glove box, I can read a part n° in the botom right side. Is it the part n° of the sticker ?

Louis, were you able to recover a build sheet for the 1988 vehicle?
