GMC Sierra Shoppers Can Take Advantage of Robust Incentives Right Now
Those that would rather save big money rather than wait for the all-new GMC Sierra to arrive have a few ways to do so.
As many are well aware by now, the next-generation Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra pickups are due to arrive at some point later this year for the 2027 model year, likely ushering in some pretty major updates. As such, a lot of folks are simply waiting around to buy a new one, which makes perfect sense. However, for those that would be just fine driving a current-generation GMC Sierra 1500, specifically, there are some pretty enticing deals available right now that might make that a compelling option.
First up, we have a couple of finance offers for customers that would rather go that route. The entire 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 lineup is eligible for a 2.9 percent APR for 72 months at the moment – at least, for well-qualified buyers that have good credit. On top of that lower interest rate, this offer also includes a no-payment option until after Labor Day, so if one wanted to go that route, they could forgo having an extra monthly expense for a while, too.
Another 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 finance incentive applies specifically to Elevation Crew Cab models with the TurboMax engine, which are eligible for a zero percent APR, and they can also take advantage of a whopping $11,549 total value when they trade in an eligible vehicle. That’s a 20 percent savings off MSRP, and consists of a stack that includes $4,949 in average finance savings, a $3,500 trade allowance, $1,350 engine credit, and $1,750 bonus cash.
Lessees have a couple of compelling deals they can take advantage of, too. The first is for the 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 Crew Cab, short bed, four-wheel-drive Elevation trim with the 5.3-liter EcoTec V8, which can be leased for $349 per month for 24 months at 20k miles per year, with $4,988 due at signing. The second pertains to the same spec, albeit, with the TurboMax engine, which is eligible for a 20k mile lease with payments of $299 a month across 24 months, with $4,302 due at signing.
While some of these incentives are fairly specific, there are currently over 60,000 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 pickups sitting on dealer lots across the U.S., so it shouldn’t be too difficult to find what one is looking for at the moment. If you don’t need the latest and greatest in terms of bells, whistles, and styling, it’s certainly a great way to save a lot of money, if nothing else.
