Dreamy 1962 Corvette: Our Obsession of the Week

Here’s one that’ll keep you up at night dreaming of cashing in on a big lottery ticket.

This 1962 custom Corvette that we stumbled upon online is a sight to behold. Trouble is, we can’t find a lot of information on it. The Car Scoops story features the classic ‘Vette spends more time reveling in its beauty than telling us much about the car. Although, it’s fairly understandable after sifting through the gallery for this one. It is one gorgeous piece of machinery that probably could give a new C7 Corvette a run for its money if given the opportunity to pick between the two.

From what we gather, it appears that the photos are really aimed more at showcasing those cool HRE R101 wheels fitted on the Corvette than the car itself. And make no mistake about it, they certainly help to enhance the ‘Vette’s look. But all and all, it’s the car itself that has us dreaming of scoring that winning lottery ticket.

The wheels…well, they’re just icing on the cake.
