Default AC Issues

I have replaced compressor, dryer, orafice tube, ,heater core, resistor, relays, and Heater AC control panel. Only blows on high, out of front vents only, and only turns on when cold. Typically first thing in morning. Would the blend actuators cause this type of issue?

Sounds like you have multiple issues.

- If it only blows high, then maybe the resistors you put in are bad. Or there's a bad connection somewhere else in that circuit.
- Air coming out of certain vents means the vent select door isn't operating. See here: https://chevroletforum.com/forum/tah...70/#post425429
- "only turns on when cold". Do you mean the blower only turns on when the engine is cold? The motor could be failing. A seized motor will BBQ your brand new resistors you put in too.
