Default Clutch problems...help!

I am replacing my 1995 CK 1500's manual clutch system (350 motor). 150K miles so I guess it is time... A local auto parts store sold me a package kit with a disk that didn't look like conventional disks that I have been installing, off and on, for decades. The 12" disk plate has ceramic pads on each side instead of the outside disk being covered with black organic materials. The pads are about 3" square (coper color ) and I believe 6 are on each side. I am on my PC typing this, so I don't have the disk in front of me to be 100% SURE. The package also came with a piolet BUSHING, instead of a piolet BEARING.

Should I return disk and bushing for a disk made with traditionally material and a piolet bearing?????

Thx
