Default Control issues

So ever since i switched my 1995 chevy k1500 from tbi to carb, i have been having random electrical issues. Right now im stumped. When i turn my ingition off the truck stays running almost like the alternator is back feeding the fuse box keeping my hei distributor on. I also am having issues with my turn signals and wipers too. I dont know where to start, i did not get rid of any of the stock wiring, so i did not run into a problem like this. Everything worked before the swap. If someone could lead me to a starting point that would be great. I can give other info if needed thanks

Check the engine to frame grounds as well as all the connections to the ecm.
