Limp Mode??

Limp Mode??
Hello all,
I have a 1998 K1500 with a 4L60E.
I believe the tranny is in limp Mode. When I bought the truck I knew at least one catalytic converter was bad, so I have replaced the cats and all four O2 sensors.
The problem: when the truck is cold it shifts through the gears smooth as butter. Once it warms up I lose 1st and 4th and the OD stays in 3rd. I can manually shift from 2nd to 3rd and back.
Any ideas?
