OBD1 silent code 83 '95 c/k2500

OBD1 silent code 83 '95 c/k2500
Hey guys,
Been working on my silverado for the past little while now and you have run into an issue. It has a 4L80e transmission and I keep getting a code 83 (TCC circuit) on it. I have replaced the valve body which included all new solenoids. It doesn't drop out of overdrive or act funny in any way, but I keep getting this silent code when I do a scan. I know for certain that the code gets cleared when I disconnect the battery (I re-scan for codes before I start the engine). Is it possible that it is the torque converter itself or am I looking at a wiring issue?
