I’ve never been into booster on truck like yours but it looks like a brake push rod, though if that was the case your brake travel would be all screwed up/not working.
general rule on working on brakes - if a part falls out when working on brakes don’t drive the vehicle until you’ve figured out where it came from!
good luck

That is a good question. Do your brakes work and is there excessive brake pedal travel?

brake booster pushrod that travels into master cylinder, from the old one lol.

figured that out today when trying to adjust the new one and realized there’s not an adjustment bolt on it 🤣

I’m not really a mechanic just too broke and stubborn to pay somebody else to do the work I can figure out myself.

Currently trying to play with the travel adjustment on this to have less play in the pedal. THANK YOU ALL

Glad you figured it out. Probably 95% of people on this forum aren’t trained mechanics either, just people who like working on their truck and/or want to save money by doing something themselves. This is great place to get help on those inevitable problems when doing something the first time.

Default Brake pedal to floor have to pull to get back yp

Lol it seems to me it’s a faulty brake booster I put in, going to replace the master cylinder and hope for the best

anybody else experience this issue?

makes a squeaking air noise and the pedal pulls itself all the way down until I pull it back up with my foot

I don’t know myself. For this question, you’d probably get more responses if you post it as new thread with new descriptive title.
list the vehicle you’re working on as things change in various years + plus any relevant history such as you just replaced the booster, what the problem was which led you to replace the booster, etc.
