Default 1st & reverse scraping/grinding

I recently started to hear a scraping/grinding noise in my 05 Z71 Silverado. I rebuilt the transfer case, and it didn’t fix it. Losing options now. Not sure what it could be. Any help would be great!!

Sounds more toward the front. Transmission/transfer case area. In idle I get no noise. I’ve checked U joints.

well since it's only certain gears then I would suspect the transmission.

However 1st & R are low speeds, so check the wheel bearings just in case.
