Default 2005 Silverado

I have a 2005 Chevy Silverado extended cab 4x4 5.3 motor. I just got the truck couple months ago. Never had any issues with the truck before Up until about 3 weeks ago. I was driving to work and the truck started bog down. Almost as if it was running out of gas. I could stomp on the petal and keep it running for a couple seconds. But it still ended up shutting off. I had roadside assistance come tow the truck home. I got home and turned the key and it crunk up fine drove for about another week and did the same thing. I thought if was the fuel pump so i replaced the pump. I tryed to crank the truck it ran for about 10 seconds and died. I don't know what is going on can someone help me out. I posted pics of fuel pump i replaced Evan though it did not fix my problem i think it needed to be done.i have a video showing what it does but it won't let me upload

Did you clean out the inside of the tank when you changed the fuel pump? Looks like a lot of rusty pieces could have fallen in and could be clogging the intake to the new pump.
