Default 2006 tcc lock up problem

Have a 06 Silverado trans has been rebuilt 3 times.
I hauled a camper with it 4 months ago starting to shift hard
and engine light came on. Took it back to the shop they replaced the torque converter. Since then at 50-60mph feels like it’s slipping out lock up and I can hear the rpms go up and down. Took it back they said the torque converter was bad. They put in a “better” torque converter and new valve body. Still to this day does the same thing. It’s been there for 3 weeks. They said the SOLUS scanner loses communication with the computer. They checked grounds and bad wires. They said there at a loss don’t know what it is.
My self thinks it’s a bad case or trans or possibly a pcm.
Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. Have a lot of time and money in this truck. Thank you.
