I recently purchased a 1999 Siverado for my son. The man I bought it from told me that he had recently replaced the transfer case with one from a newer model, he thought it was an 03 but wasnt 100% sure. He told me that the module would need to be flashed for it to work. does anyone know anything about this? I dont really have a clue as to where to take it to have this done and if it is really even an option? I would appreciate any help.
