I'm confused what you're asking. you have all the information you need. from what i see the only two options are dependent on the tractions control or luxury package. since you're no for both it means you need the controller for the non abs one. the Dorman number is 599-705.not sure about the ac delco

Open the glove box and look at the RPO sticker on affixed to the inside of the door. Make sure your Silverado does not have the NW7 code (for traction control option) or the Y91 code (for the luxury edition package). If both are NOT present then you need the Dorman 499-705 ABS unit like Irish_alley said. If you have the NW7 code then you need the Dorman 599-706 (remanufactured) or the Dorman 599-864 (new) ABS unit. Finally, if you have the Y91 code, you will need the Dorman 1210-213 ABS unit. These selections are from rockauto.com.

Good Luck!

About the RPO sticker in the glove compartment, this is 100% correct advice. In Silverados of those years, this is generally the only way to understand exactly what was stuffed there at the factory, because you can easily make a mistake based on the description of the equipment. I myself once almost ordered a traction control module, although I didn’t have one.

Itʼs definitely worth checking those RPO codes because the ABS units on these early 2000s Chevys can be very specific to the sub-model. I usually try to find the vehicle specs and options by vin https://carfast.express/en/window_sticker before ordering any electronics just to be absolutely certain about the traction control settings. It is much easier than guessing and ending up with a part that has the wrong connector or pinout for your specific harness.
