Having an issue with the 4wd in my truck. I bought the truck and nothing was working with the 4wd no light on the selector dial and you didnt here the encoder motor cycle. I replaced the encoder motor and now i can here it cycle when i turn the key to the on position. Im still getting an intermittent issue where the selector dial will light up but it will stick in one position like 4hi or 4lo and wont move off of that position. Currently stuck in 4lo no matter what position the dial is in. Im getting a ton of short to ground codes for pretty much all of the different circuits that have to do with the 4wd system. Im stumped at this point. Ive been through all of the grounds and everything seems to be getting everything it should power and ground wise. Ive replaced the following encoder motor, tccm, the selector dial, the front actuator. Im not sure what else i can do to figure this out. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Did you perform a Transfer Case Clutch Reset?
