Default Fuel Economy

Good afternoon, I was wondering what people are getting for fuel Economy . I have a 2018 Silverado 3500 HD, My fifth wheel weighs 13000 pounds, I'm averaging 35-39 L/100Km, while towing, does this seem excessive?

for a gasser pulling something that big I say its about right especially if your driving 60mph+ and hitting some hills
my 06 2500 got 10-12mpg imperial towing a 6000lbs enclosed trailer.
