Programming Key FOB

2016 Silverado.
Is there a diy way of programming these fobs?

On my15 Malibu, you turn on a working programmed key, then remove it, put the new key in turn it on and it's programmed automatically.

Mine has key that is separate from the remote.

Technically you don't have a typical key FOB which does have the key as part of the unit.
