Default Radio issues

2014 Silverado 1500 display on radio is just scrambled and unreadable. If touched it does change any ideas what’s happening and how to fix

Try pulling both fuses to the radio and wait about 10 minutes or so. Then replace them and see if that helps. If it doesn't then you will need to take into a radio repair shop or replace it.

The screens tend to go out according to my brother (works in a radio shop) he says that they replace alot of the screens and bluetooth modules.
