I have a 2021 silverado with the halogen headlights. Whenever you put the truck in gear, the headlights automatically turn on. I know you can switch them off with the **** during the day, but my question is........are they at full brightness during the day? If they are, then why is there a sensor that supposedly turns on the headlights at night? I had heard that during daylight hours they are like 50% brightness and 100% at night. I can't confirm this and I couldn't find any info on the web.
