Default 1995 chevy beretta serpentine belt replacement

I have done this before, but it's been a long time.

I have a 4 cylinder, 5 speed with air, and i want to change the belt.

My question is with the tensioner pulley.

When i find the correct wrench/socket, which way do i turn the bolt to release the tension?

I watched some videos , and i am getting different opinions.

So do i turn the bolt counter or clockwise, to remove tension that will allow the belt to slip off?
