Default Help with decoding

Hey everybody ive had a couple camaros in the past but none as cool as this. its an original #'s matching 1970 rs 350 a/c p/b p/s with tilt auto and posi, ive already decoded the trim tag but when rifling through the glove box i found the original owners manual, bill of sale(03-1970),and most important the protecto plate. after going to work with the books i already have, i have not been able to decode the protecto plate. were can i go to find out the info contained in the protecto plate ? this is the first camaro (or any car for that matter) with kind of history and paper work, i want to make it right but maybe over my head the car is rough needing fenders, hood some floor panels half a trunk and both FULL quarters the car was in storage for at least 15 years before being auctioned off at the storage unit it was in (wictata KS) the car is very complete missing only the grill carb console and front seats. again any help would be great!

Sounds like a real project car. Can't help w/ the Protecto-Plate. Last one I had was a '68 GTO. Wish I still had it too.
