Default fuel pump

does anyone know if you can access the fuel pump under the rear seat on a 1995 chevy caprice?

I have never seen an access panel in any car to get to the fuel pump.

There is none but I made one on my '92 Caprice wagon and to me was easier than doing it the "correct" way.

To me the "correct" way would have been if GM made an access panel like many other companies did.

It will certainly will be easier to change the next time if I have the car that long.
