Default Lost chip no start

There was a chip to the left of the ashtrey somebody stole it now have a no start.this a pic of it can't found anything on it thanksName:  image-4_zps1a90e97b.jpg

What I get out of it is the diagnostic port he thinks there should be something in it. Since I take it that it won't start, needs a scanner plugged into it,

yep, its the obd1 data link connector. Normally nothing plugs in there. Its for diagnostic purposes. Did you have some kind of performance tuner connected to the port?

What are the chances of having a pic of what used to be there?
