Default 98 cavalier 2.2L tensioner pulley removal

Does anyone know how to remove the tensioner pulley on this model. Also the size wrench would be very helpful. thanks,

I believe this one is the entire bracket on the front of the motor. Goes from the alternator to the powr steering and half way down

I ended up removing the engine mount bolts at the top and letting the engine down some with a jack. I was able to get the bolts out this way. Personally, I believe the engineer that designed this car has never worked on one. Just my opinion.
