Car overheating?

Car overheating?
Ok I'm a nooby when it comes to mechanical things, but I have a 2002 chevy cavalier 2.2L
The problem im having is my car is overheating, I've changed the fan relay, thermostat, and radiator cap, I'm not 100% sure if my fan is kicking on or not.
And every time the water gets hot, its leaking out of the overflow hose, and I have to refill like everyday. Any idea's on what my problem could be or anyone have a similar problem they fixed?
