I have a 2005 Colorado and I needed to replace one of the Key fobs. How do I program a new key fob for this vehicle?

Here's a video on how to program the key fobs with a cheap Tech2 clone scanner. If you know someone who has a scanner then you can get it done for free. Even though you might have to buy a scan tool it's worth it to have for diagnosing other issues or you can charge others to program their fobs.
