Recently purchased 2019 Chevy Colorado equipped with V6 and 8 speed tranny with Tow Package. Anyone have opinion on Towing issues for Travel Trailer? How about Towing in Mountains and steep grades?

 

What motor do you have?

 

stay within the weight ratings of the vehicle. inflate the tires accordingly to the load. wd hitches are a wonderful thing for bumper pulls. do not tow until the break in period has passed.

 

what tire pressure do you recommend?

 

if you are empty set the pressures to the door placard. if you are fully loaded set the tire pressures to the max recommended tire pressure listed on the tire. make sure you have the correct load rated tire for the vehicle.
