Default Wiper Fluid Pump Problem

I have a 2007 Colorado, my windshield wiper fluid pump stopped working. I've always kept the fluid filled, it's full now, never operated it dry. The pump makes no noise when I push the button. I noticed in the fuse box, there are three things marked WPR. There are two relay looking things, one is WPR 2, the other WPR. There is also a small 25A fuse marked WPR. Do any of these operate the fluid pump? Could one of them going out cause this problem? The 25A fuse looks good still, no burn marks, solid looking inside. Anyone have any ideas?
