My Cruze is in problem, any idea??

my experience
Bought our Cruze in July and our love affair lasted one week. First thing we noticed was a noise at speeds between 55 and 65. Within a week after this when you applied the brakes a noise came from the rear of car that sounded like something was out of round and was rubbing as you slowed down. Dealer replaced windshield and greased the backing plate on rear brakes. This fixed the windshield and quieted the noise in the rear. Rear noise came back after about 3 weeks. Took car back to dealer and they did the same fix for rear end noise and told me they were talking to GM engineers about a solution. They also said they would inform me when they heard something from GM. Two months went by and we called GM customer service. They took our info, investigated and passed us onto another person. He verified our info and then offered us a 2 year service package for our trouble. I asked him when our car would be fixed and he said he did not know but it would be when engineers found a fix. My wife told him she wanted to speak to his boss and first he said he didn't know who his boss was. Finally he said someone would call us today. Guy who called today was very courteous and sounded very sincere about wanting to help us but said the same thing that he did not know when our car would be fixed but offered the service pak again. Declined his offer and told him we would see what options we had. Wife says windshield noise is back. Between my wife and I we have 66 years of service at GM.
