P0599 & p0597
We love out Chevy cruze!! 2011 with just under 72000, miles on it. Engine light came on and code was p0599/thermostat. Got the thermostat replaces with the thermostat housing and sensor. Mechanic kept the car running for an hour and the light states off. Turned the car off and started back up, light came back on. Testes code and came up with p0597 thermostat sensor. We are at a loss at what to do. We need to get our tags renewed by Tuesday and can since the car won't pass emissions. Any advise??? Thanks

I am having the same problem with my chevy cruize does no one want to help I see no threads in this post. Damn I now really am having a feeling Chevy may be the wrong choice for my next car
