Ridiculous
I, too, have a 2012 Chevy Cruze that the fan runs constantly, the heat stopped working and today it said a/c shut off due to overheat even though the temp was right in middle. It makes me livid that there is obviously a problem that needs recalled and has not been. We bought the car because of how great our past Chevys have been. I have called dealership to check recalls and of course there are none on mine. I have had Fords before that even without an issued recall if enough vehicles had same problem they would fix it for free. I don't feel as though Chevy is addressing this issue. It is so frustrating to have a car less than three years old and have all these issues. I had a Cavalier previously and it was a great car. The Cruze obviously needs to be looked at better.
