Won't start, is it won't crank? Do you have gas in the tank? When was the last time it ran, and did it have issues? Is there a security light, or a check engine light when it last ran? The more detail you can give will help resolve your problem faster, or at least help to fix it.

It makes a clicking sound and then all lights go out and then turn on again. There is gas. It ran a few months ago. No check engine light.
please let me know what other details to give you

This sounds like a battery problem. You replaced the battery but did you check the battery cables for corrosion and looseness at both ends? It could also be a bad starter.

It ran a few months ago, that gets scary.
You can;t imagine what happens to electrical/electronic components when left outside in all kinds of weather. They might have been under cover , but moisture/humidity and rodents still get in there. Hope you get some idea of what could be involved. Was the vehicle inside the garage while it was not used?

battery cables are good. Car has only 49k on it. Had minor fender bender in front nothing serious.
I’m thinking it might be the starter but I’m wanting to check out little things I can try before the big things
