Assistance please: 2005 Equinox w/105K miles; turn signal/flasher clicking noise from in dash passenger side. Noise goes away when turn signal activated or hazards on; when they are shut off, noise comes back for awhile, eventually goes away. Will make 1-2 clicks during drive, until I use turn signal again, then goes through same cycle listed above. Changed fuse for turn signals and no difference. Sounds like when a flasher unit went bad in older cars, but no such reference in owners manual. Should be something I can fix on my own, but, ANY SUGGESTIONS?

 

Welcome to the forum. That's the turn signal relay you're hearing. Try a web search for "turn signal relay on 2005 chevy equinox." Why they didn't locate that in a fuse block, I've no idea.
