2007 Equinox Stereo Wiring Diagram
Hey Charlie or Shawnvw, I have a 2010 Traverse LT and I added a amp in my Travy and I have amplified all the chime and turn signal click. Do you know what wiring carries these signalsor how to adjust them if any? Also would one of you have the 14 and 16 pin diagram for this car, it does not have Bose Or Nav

There is no difference. If you're using an adapter harness like you should, the two wires should go to each other when you connect the adapter harness to the factory plug. The factory radio is commanded on/off with a data connection to the BCM so you'll need an interface that converts that data signal to a switched +12v accessory signal that the aftermarket radio can use. The newer GM factory radios doesn't use a switched accessory wire like the older cars used have.
My brother and law and I were putting in a new stereo in my 07 equinox and he cut off the factory clips to a unusable length will a metra 71-2105 replacement work to fix this or do I need to go to. Get this fixed
Yes, according to Metra's website, that is the correct harness.
hey I have a 2007 equinox and someone cut the original radio pigtails too short, I’m direct wiring in an aftermarket radio for the customer and they refuse to buy a harness for it . I looked over your diagram and understand the gist of it short of needing to know on the car side what color wires are the acc+ , gnd- ( obvious) , ant + , power b + wire colors on factory side for vehicle .??

I'd refuse to put it in if they refuse to buy a harness. They'll also need an interface to provide a switched +12V lead unless you can find a wire to tap into that's already switched with the key. The factory radio doesn't have one because it's commanded to power on or off by the BCM over a data connection.
