Alignment after struts replacement

the short answer is yes.
even though the struts have little to no clearance to move where they attach in the upper strut tower or knuckle...if the camber or caster angles change even in the slightest; it will effect the toe setting enough to wear tires. tires are expensive so, yes, get it aligned.
you should be replacing struts in pairs.

Spc has a part for the front camber (81260). 1 kit is enough for both front wheels.

Yes the 81260 is a front cam bolt kit (eccentric cam) that would go into the 2 bolt strut suspension. These cam bolts do not require any modification to the strut and will give you about 1.75 degrees of camber change.
There is no caster adjuster available for this car in the front just camber.
