Question Courtesy Lights/footwell lights

So I'm new to this forum and I wanted to see if anyone has figured this out yet.

I have a 2015 EQ LT and one of the first things I noticed was that there were no lights down by your feet. Then I saw a video on YT where someone put them in a 2011 EQ
It got me curious so I went out to check and sure enough, there are openings for the light fixtures on both sides.
When I looked to see I could find a free connection connection, there was none on the passenger side behind the glove box. At least I couldn't be 100% sure as the harness in that area was wrapped in adhesive cloth.
I felt all along it, without cutting it open, and could find nothing like a connector to a light fixture.

So my question is, has anyone done this to their vehicle? If so, where is that connector in the harness?

Thanks and any assistance would help.
