Default Help with problem

Decided to change wires&plugs in my 2008 Nox w/3.4 v-6 today. I think I might have left the ignition switch on as I was checking for codes. When done went to start and vehicle is dead and key stuck in ignition. Battery is good but no juice to car. What do I do ?????? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

If the battery is in fact good, the car would have "juice" of some sort. If nothing at all works on the car (i.e. not even the dome light or key in ignition warning) when the battery is hooked up, then either A) the battery is dead or B) you have A LOT of blown fuses.
