I'm wondering the struts a arms and tie rods off of my '06 equinox fit on an 07 equinox I'm thinking of purchasing

they should...the 2nd gen started in 2009. easy way to check is to go to rockauto and build both vehicles...compare part #'s

The struts will not fit, but the control arms and tie rods will. The 2005-2006 models use different strut mounts than the 2007-2009 models. The strut pistons are designed to be used with the corresponding mounts. You may be able to install the older struts if you also install the older strut mounts, but I wouldn't recommend it.

2nd gen started with 2010 model year. That's good advice for determining part compatibility though.
