Default Rear parking sensor failure

Hi All,
I have a 2018 equinox and rear parking sensor keeps going on and off.. I have realized that when I load the back of the var with heavy items, system starts working. When I unload it, it still works few days and then suddenly stops working and I start seeing the message in my screen. I am thinking it could be related to some wires being loose somewhere but I have no clue where to check them. I have measure the voltage on the sensors and it looks like they are getting the power. I have another theory that It could be something related to computer system of the car but no idea where to start checking this. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

It never hurts to do a good visual inspection. Starting at the rear of the vehicle where the sensor wiring begins and trace back.

There probably have been codes set in the park system.
GM has 4 code families, P, C, B, and U and unless you can scan all 4 your just spinning your wheels.

There is no failure code in the system.
