Reduced power stabilitrac
Hello, I was driving to work and out of nowhere my car was limited to 20mph and the reduced power StabiliTrak light was on. I would like to inquire how I can get this fixed and I am under the impression it will be covered as I saw from the gm customer service forum response to another customer. The dealer I brought it to talked about throttle body. Is the throttle body really work in unison with StabiliTrak. THank you.

I had a similar issue about two years ago w/a 07 Equinox. The problem ended up being a faulty throttle body sensor. That sensor initiated the SabiliTrak and low power mode. It was diagnosed by the dealership and fixed within a couple hours. Cost me around $500 and most of that was labor.
